Shipping Policy

We guarantee free shipping for all orders. Each package is shipped directly from our manufacturer and is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

The goods will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout, unless otherwise agreed upon. The address specified by the customer during order processing is critical for the successful delivery of the package.

If the carrier returns the goods to us because delivery was not possible, the customer will bear the cost of the failed shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the failed delivery, or if they were temporarily unable to accept the delivery, provided we gave reasonable notice of the delivery. Additionally, this does not apply to return shipping costs if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal. In such cases, the conditions outlined in our return policy will apply to the cost of the return shipment.

For logistical reasons, in-person collection of goods by the customer is not available.

Goods will be shipped within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery time is 20-30 business days, and in exceptional cases, it may extend up to 16 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Items are not dispatched immediately upon order placement; the manufacturer will ship the goods once the full order is available in stock.

Customs or import duties may apply, as the goods are shipped from outside the EU (China). Please contact our customer service at info@saintlamour.com before placing an order to determine if any duties apply to your purchase. We do not cover customs duties or import taxes, and these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Our goods are shipped under the terms DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

The buyer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for the correct payment of customs duties and/or import VAT. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the importing country.

As customs and import regulations vary by country, we strongly advise customers to check the specific rules and charges for their country before placing an order.

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obligated to ensure that all customs and regulatory requirements of the importing country have been fulfilled.

In cases where we are permanently unable to fulfill delivery due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., force majeure or a failure by our suppliers, despite having taken appropriate measures), we reserve the right to cancel the contract with the customer. The customer will be informed immediately, and any payments received will be promptly refunded.
