Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a successful return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The returned goods must be in their original packaging.
- The product must be returned complete, including all accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted items.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Items that have been received more than 30 days ago.
- Items without their original packaging.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process your return. Additionally, return shipping costs to the return address (outside of the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange of Goods
We only exchange items if they are received damaged. If this is the case, please contact us via email, and we will arrange to exchange your item for a new one.
Return Address
The return address will depend on your location. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the specific return address and instructions for your region. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable goods, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
